Susan has worked at Fenwick & West, LLP in Palo Alto working on various trademark cases, a $22 million Series C financing and other e-commerce issues. Her work is published in the 1999 and 2000 Supplements for Robinson’s Criminal Defense Manual, and she has worked with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office of Housing drafting legal memoranda relating to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance.

Susan also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and multi-family real estate developments using federal tax credits and tax exempt bonds through her experience at Marcus & Millichap and Cabouchon Properties, LLC. She has assisted in the issuance of over $4.4 million dollars in tax credit equity and with over $14.5 million dollars of tax exempt private activity bonds for multi-state multi-family developments, and helped  to manage and monitor over $100 million portfolio of commercial real estate.

She continues to serve her community by serving with the California State Military Reserve and various organizations which help underprivileged persons in need.
