Foreclosure Services for Residential Borrowers

The firm offers services to residential borrowers who are behind on their loan payments or in foreclosure. There are options other than bankruptcy, selling your home, or taking out a high-interest loan.  We represent clients who are victims of predatory lending or truth in lending violations.  We also provide counseling to clients to mitigate debt liability in the event of a foreclosure, and work to settle debts and lawsuits when lenders seek to collect their money through lawsuits.

 

BANKRUPTCY

Federal bankruptcy law helps individuals get a handle on their debt by allowing them to request a complete liquidation under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code and/or a repayment plan under Chapter 13. As part of our representation of consumer and business debtors in bankruptcy cases, we can handle a variety of bankruptcy matters which may include preparing and filing the bankruptcy petition, representation at the 341 hearing, lien stripping of mortgages and autos, and adversary proceedings.

LITIGATION 

For those clients who do not qualify for bankruptcy, we have successfully represented clients who are being sued for debts they may owe.  We have successful rep consumers who have been sued by their credit card companies or mortgage companies.
